The TRT Thailand app and this website are provided by STATE OF THE ART MEDICAL CO., LTD., 389/203 Moo 12, Nongprue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand ("we"), operator of TRT Bangkok Clinic (MOPH establishment licence no. 20101004269).
The app is a companion for patients of TRT Bangkok Clinic: it displays laboratory results reviewed by your physician, supports bookings, reminders and document requests. It is not a diagnostic device and does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions — diagnosis, prescriptions, protocol changes — are made by the treating physician at the clinic. In an emergency, contact emergency services, not the app.
You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your e-mail account secure; sign-in codes are personal. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (e.g. uploaded reports, delivery address).
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access attempts, no automated scraping, no uploading of content you have no right to share, no use on behalf of another person without authority.
Prescription medication is dispensed by the clinic under Thai law following a physician's review. Delivery timelines are estimates. You are responsible for complying with the laws of any country you travel to with medication; travel certificates are issued to assist, not to guarantee entry.
The app, website, design and content are our property or licensed to us. Your health data is yours; you can export it via the doctor's report at any time.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including our responsibilities as a licensed healthcare provider under Thai law.
You can stop using the app anytime and delete your account in the app (see account deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Place of jurisdiction is Chonburi, Thailand, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
