Account deletion

Delete your account — and everything with it.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Profile
2. Tap Delete account
3. Confirm twice — deletion is permanent

This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, lab results, uploaded documents, generated PDFs, appointments, reminders and consents from our systems. It cannot be undone.

Without the app (e.g. phone lost)

E-mail info@trtbangkok.com from the address registered in the app with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify it's really you, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we may retain

Deleting the app account does not erase the clinic's legally required medical records: Thai healthcare law obliges licensed clinics to retain patient medical records for the statutory period. Those records live in the clinic's systems — not in the app — and are protected under Thailand's PDPA. See the privacy policy for details.
